Ostao je samo nezan, setan ton ( Zilijet Greko )

Mozda ste procitali, mozda niste ali nje vise nema od pre neki dan...

Prvi put sam cula njene pesme negde u sestom razredu osnovne skole, mozda i ranije, mislim da su ploce bile u pitanju, daleko je to sad u secanju. Od tada pa do dana danasnjeg slusam je toliko cesto da je odavno deo mene. Kad god nesto hocu da otpevam, bilo gde, pevam najcesce nesto sto je pevala za mene najbolja pevacica francuskih sansona svih vremena.

 "Je suis seule çe soir" - i kad sam bila tuzna i patila za nekim, a i kad nisam, ta pesma, slike koje vidim svaki put kad je cujem su slicne. Prozor, hladno vreme, sve u polumraku, setno...uvek setno.

"La chanson des vieux amants"- otkrila sam je nesto kasnije. Pesma koja sa sobom donosi i tugu i strast i obrte kako u ritmu,tako u citavoj atmosferi. Dvoje ljubavnika koji se sastaju i rastaju.

"Il n'y a plus d'après" - o Parizu i nekom ko se preselio na drugi kraj grada. O omiljenom ukusu kafe koji se promenio u medjuvremenu...Slusas i "vidis" slike.

I ovako bih mogla u nedogled. Otpevala je bolje nego iko, dzez standard "Autumn leaves" u stvari na francuskom, " Les feuilles mortes" ...

Posto je ovo pisano iz licnog ugla, sve detalje, da je Vodolija, da je preminula u devedesettrecoj godini a drzala koncerte do svoje osamdesetdevete, imate u carstvu interneta, koga zanima.

Znala sam da ce neke stvari ostati samo ideje i masta.Htela sam da odem na koncert u Londonu pre par godina, pa nisam, bio je novembar,ja u Beogradu. Sledeci je bio zakazan za juni naredne godine i otkazan. Imala sam ideju da odem sa jednim prijateljem i napravimo intervju sa njom. 

Pevacu je i dalje, slusati i dalje. I ostace porodicna anegdota gde me moja sestra koja godinama odbija da govori francuski ispravlja za lose obojeno "e" u prvoj pesmi koju sam navela. I bila je u pravu.

Mama koje dugo vec nema na ovom svetu je volela "Il n'y a plus d'après" i "Sous le ciel de Paris".

Greko i Gansburg


Inace nekad je kruzila legenda koja je spominjala vezu Greko sa Zoranom Miladinovicem, fudbalerom Partizana i boemom.

nista sem onog da je bila muza egzistencijalistima.
jos uvek imam njenih pesama koje nisam otkrila jer se nekako uvek zaglavim na tim nekim omiljenim i to tako traje godinama.

nista sem onog da je bila muza egzistencijalistima.
jos uvek imam njenih pesama koje nisam otkrila jer se nekako uvek zaglavim na tim nekim omiljenim i to tako traje godinama.

Ganzburg je ovu pjesmu napiaso za nju poslije jedne noci kad je Greko mucila nesanica pa ona pozvala Ganzburga na pricu i sampanjac.

Dodatak:
"La chanson des vieux amants" je Brelova pjesma i ja vise volim da je slusam kad on pjeva. Valjda zbog energije koju isijava dok pjeva. On je svoje pjesme zivio na sceni.
To, naravno, nimalo ne umanjuje velicinu Greko.

uf, ja ipak vise volim kad peva greko. ali sam pristrasna. i deluje mi uvek da opisuje stvarne dogadjaje, toliko me "uvuche" u pesmu. steta sto ne mogu da otpevam ovde bar onaj deo - " mon amour,

stvarno ne znam koja je verzija bolja, na engleskom
ili na francuskom.

naravno, orvo sam znala francusku verziju ali onda kasnije otkrila i dzez standard koji nosi drugaciji ritam a istu emociju.

Odlomak iz članka napisanog povodom njenog 88. rođendana - dovoljno je samo preleteti preko imena koja se pominju, da se uzdahne.

Juliette Gréco, like Miles, was only 22 at the time. A young, left bank bohemian beauty and aspiring actress, she had survived the war after being arrested and detained at age 16 by the gestapo because her mother had been a résistante. With her captivating allure and love of existential poetry, Gréco played muse to many, including philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre and poet Jacques Prévert—both of whom wrote for her to put to song, photographers Robert Doisneau and Henri Cartier-Bresson, among others.

But it was before Gréco’s rise as a chanteuse that she and Miles met after his performance with the Dameron group at the Salle Pleyel. Unable to afford a ticket to the show, she was brought backstage by friend and wife of French trumpeter and novelist, Boris Vian. There, she and Miles met in the wings and—despite their language barrier—found themselves completely smitten by the end of dinner.

th-5It was the beginning of a passionate love affair that would last until the end of Miles’s life. Never mind that he was married and had already fathered a child at the age of 17. Gréco admired him as an artist and was taken by his debonaire, Giacometti-esque figure. He and others like Dizzy Gillespie brought over their new bebop jazz style to post-war Paris and transformed the music scene.

The French drew parallels between their homegrown existentialism and American bebop jazz, with its looser syncopation and the artistic freedom it encouraged. Jean-Paul Sartre, the great French intellectual and existentialist philosopher, once asked Miles (he was a fan of both Gréco and Miles) why he didn’t marry her, to which Miles replied that he loved Gréco too much to make her unhappy.

Gréco was portrayed by actress Anna Mouglalis in the film Gainsbourg: A Heroic Life (2010).

Jean-Paul Sartre based the singer in his trilogy The Roads to Freedom (Les chemins de la liberté) on Gréco.

An allusion to Gréco is made by English singer Ray Davies in the song "Art School Babe" from his album Storyteller.

"Michelle" by the Beatles was inspired by Gréco and the Parisian Left Bank culture. Paul McCartney said of the song: "We'd tag along to these parties, and it was at the time of people like Juliette Greco, the French bohemian thing. They'd all wear black turtleneck sweaters, it's kind of where we got all that from, and we fancied Juliette like mad. Have you ever seen her? Dark hair, real chanteuse, really happening. So I used to pretend to be French, and I had this song that turned out later to be 'Michelle'."

John Lennon wrote in Skywriting by Word of Mouth: "I'd always had a fantasy about a woman who would be a beautiful, intelligent, dark-haired, high-cheek-boned, free-spirited artist à la Juliette Gréco."

Marianne Faithfull said of Gréco: "When I was a young girl, Juliette Gréco was my absolute idol...She’s my role model for life. If I want to be anybody, I want to be Juliette Gréco".

In 1999, a rose was named after her by Georges Delbard under the name of "Juliette Gréco".
