With age, however, comes a yearning for a more certain place of residence.
For 2012, the Serbian Cricket Federation has one main goal - to find a permanent home for cricket in Serbia; preferably in the vicinity of Belgrade, where the vast majority of our players currently reside.

During literally the hottest week of this year, the third annual cricket tournament - the EuroTwenty20 - was held in Budapest.
In all honesty, the matches themselves weren't played in Budapest, but in a little place called Sződliget, some 15 miles from Pest, which can be reached by train in 20 to 25 minutes.

The Serbian Cricket Federation held its annual awards ceremony on Friday evening in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Belgrade. The event was attended by representatives of the British and Pakistani Embassies, respectively, plus the Sports Association of Serbia and EuroSport, amongst others.
The chairman of the Serbian Cricket Federation, Haris Dajc, thanked the assembled guests for their continued support throughout 2011, whilst emphasizing how such assistance was bringing Serbian cricket ever closer to affiliate membership of the ICC-Europe (International Cricket Council-Europe).
